Title: Save settings

#1
I would like to know how to save all my settings so that I wouldn't need to set up everything when launching the software.

All settings and variables as well as DRO windows positions can be saved in a settings file ("File"->"Save Settings"). Save the file on the desktop so that it is easily accessible. A *.c2p file will be created.

Next time you open the software just double click this file and the Caliper2PC software will launch with all settings saved.

You can save more than one file. For example if you have a milling machine and a lathe you can create a settings file for each machine. While working with the lathe just open the "Lathe" file. If you are working with a milling machine the "Mill" file can be opened.
